PADDY’S PLAYING TEMPLE CARRIG

-

PADDY CASEY, Declan O’Rourke and Lisa Loughrey will be on-stage in Greystones this Thursday, helping to raise money for Tiglin.

Gates open at Temple Carrig Secondary School at 6.30 p.m., with a food market. The concert starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are €25 and can be purchased at the school, Greystones Business Bureau, or on eventbrite.ie. All proceeds will go to the homeless and addiction charity.

‘ This gig is going to be great. We are looking forward to coming to Greystones. I’ve met a few people who have been helped by Tiglin so I’m glad to be a part of something that will help beat Addiction and Homelessness,’ said Paddy.

‘We are really grateful to Temple Carrig for making this happen,’ said Tiglin CEO and Greystones resident Phil Thompson. ‘It is fantastic that Paddy Casey has offered to do this gig with his good friend Declan O’Rourke and their fellow folksinger Lisa Loughrey.’

Temple Carrig principal Alan Cox said that the school is looking forward to the concert. ‘We have enjoyed working with Tiglin this year,’ he said. ‘It is a partnership that has benefited both sides and has really raised awareness within our student body about homelessness and addiction.’
