Rachel is ready to go
HERE’S one teacher who won’t be stumped when her pupils need some coaching on cricket.
Rachel Hunter, Principal of Nunn’s Cross NS in Ashford, has completed a coaching course from Cricket Ireland and was presented with a cricket set by Cricket Leinster’s development officer Jim Stewart.
Jim had been coaching the pupils in the fine art of batting and bowling but Ms Hunter has now taken it further with her training and will hopefully help produce some cricket stars of the future in Wicklow.
