Fianna Fail sets out stall at meeting
THE Wicklow Fianna Fail CDC held a meeting last week in Baltinglass, during which members were brought up to date on local and party issues.
Senator Mark Daly addressed the crowd and spoke about Brexit and Northern Ireland while Deputy Pat Casey discussed the latest development on the Presidential election and housing concerns. Deputy Stephen Donnelly briefed the members on the health of the nation.
All three parliamentarians are working hard to develop Fianna Fail policy in their respective areas.
In a bid to keep in contact with members throughout the county, Fianna Fail will be organising meetings for September.
Chair of the meeting, Paddy Mordaunt, said: ‘Fianna Fáil is working hard on policy issues and party organisation. It’s aim is to keep in contact with people all over Wicklow. It was a pleasure to meet with the people of Baltinglass.’
