Ronan doesn’t come up Short
RONAN Short took a fantastic victory in the A3 Mullingar Grand Prix held on Sunday.
The 102km race took place on a rain sodden course making cycling conditions difficult and extremely greasy after all the good weather recently.
Ronan won the race in an uphill sprint finish leading home a six-man breakaway from the main group.
The race is a regular feature on Cycling Ireland’s National Road Series so attracts the best riders from around the country and highlights the significance of Ronan’s achievement in winning the event. All at SERC congratulate him on this well deserved victory.
