Challenging maize maze returns at Glenroe Farm
DESPITE the recent drought the maize maze on Glenroe Farm has re-opened and is lush and green.
This is the second year of the maize maze on the farm and this year it is even more challenging at twice the size.
Both children and adults can take an hour or more to find all the piglets in the maze, stamp their game-card and find their way to the exit. The maze is set in a field of maize that will be harvested later in the year.
At the moment the maize stands at over five feet tall and will continue to grow and ripen over the next two months.
Pig Out the Maze game will be open every day until the end of August and weekends in September and October.
Glenroe Farm also has lots of farm animals, pets’ corner, large outdoor playground and undercover playground, nature walk and lots of picnic areas.
