Open Door exhibition

THERE WILL BE an exhibition by a Bray art group in the Signal Arts Centre this September.

This exhibition will showcase the work of artists who, as ‘members’, attend daily art and ceramic classes at Open Door Day Centre, Bray.

Each artist has found a way to express their ideas through mediums such as oil, acrylic, watercolour paint, mixed media, pottery and ceramics.

The overall theme of this exhibition is to demonstrate the universal reach of art and ceramics. The impetus of the event is to create a natural meeting point for all the artists under the guidance of Jenny Dann and Mark Meakin with each member progressively gaining a skill set which has helped them to achieve their goals.

The exhibition will run between September 17 and September 30 with an opening reception on Sunday, September 23 between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
