Disqualified

An Arklow woman who drove while over the legal alcohol limit has been put off the road for two years.

Rebecca Hennessy of 32 Murrell Drive, Inbhear Mór Park, was detected with a level of 57 mcg of alcohol to 100 ml breath on July 18, 2015.

Solicitor Pauric Hyland told the court that his client has not driven since and has no previous road traffic convictions.

In addition to the two-year ban, Judge Kennedy also handed down a fine of €200.
