TWO CARS COLLIDE DURING CHASE

A car chase which took place last Thursday night ended in a crash at the junction of lower and upper Dargle Road.

The collision occurred at around 11.30 p.m. after a chase came south into Bray from outside the district.

There was a collision between a patrol car and the car being pursued, with that vehicle later abandoned at Fassaroe.

The occupants made their getaway on foot. Residents observed around seven patrol cars chasing a car on Castle Street and Lower Dargle Road during the incident.
