Case struck out

A charge against an Enniskerry motorist was struck out by Judge David Kennedy at Bray District Court on Thursday.

Leesha Nolan of Louisville, Knocksink, Enniskerry, was facing a charge of failure to produce an NCT test certificate after being stopped on the Lower Dargle Road, Bray on November 4, 2017.

However, when the case was called, Inspector Seamus Rothwell said the matter could be struck out.
