Case adjourned again

-

JUDGE David Kennedy warned that a matter that had already been adjourned on a number of occasions would be struck out if not finally dealt with.

Neil Tormey of 341 Pearse Road, Sallynoggin, Dublin appeared before Bray District Court on Thursday to face a charge of threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour in a public place at Pizza Max, The Egan Centre, Bray on June 22 2016.

However, an adjournment was sought because the arresting garda wasn’t present in court.

Judge Kennedy noted that the matter had been listed as due to be heard and had already had several adjourned hearing dates. Mr Tormey was present in court for each of those hearing dates.

Judge Kennedy adjourned the matter until October 11 but advised that he would strike out the charge if it wasn’t deal with on that date.
