Cúl Camps providing plenty of fun and games across the county

-

THE annual Cúl Camp adventures are nearing an end across the county but what a summer it has been for children with beautiful weather and a week-long festival of GAA in their local clubs.

Clubs across Wicklow have embraced the Cúl Camps with vigour and passion yet again with huge numbers turning up to the majority of the camps that have been held in clubs right across the county.

Parents have also enjoyed the annual camps, dropping the little ones off before escaping for a few hours of leisure of housework or both before returning for 2.30pm to collect the slightly more weary version of their beloveds.

This week, week six, sees camps in Newtown, Ashford, Kilcoole, Coolkenno, Kiltegan, Fergal gs and Kilmacanogue and photos from all these camps and those from last week will be appearing in next week’s Wicklow/ Bray People as we try to include the glut of wonderful shots of happy children.

Well done to all the coaches and the clubs who have worked so hard this summer.
