Blainroe Golf Club celebrated 40 years in existence last week and they celebrated their ‘ Founders Day’ with the real Ryder Cup making a special appearance for the occasion. There was a competition on the day, and at the prize giving the club raffled off two tickets and € 1,500 for the next Ryder Cup which was won by Mark Diggin. The Ryder Cup was carefully minded by the club’s General Manager Patrick Bradshaw.
