Congratulations to Cian Bermingham, who won the presidents prize on Saturday in a wet but stunning McCreddin GC Cian shot 33 points and just pipped Trevor Carr, who also shot 33 but Cian won on countback with Paul Murphy sealing third place with 32. Category 1 winner was Tom Byrne (31), Category 2 Damien Whelan (29) and Category 3 was Kevin Molloy (32). The Front 9 winner was Jim Messitt (18) while Liam Finnerty won the back 9 (17 points).

The Longest drive was hit by Mark Quinn, who also won a nearest the pin on the fourth but shot of the day was hit by Mick Holly who had a hole in one on the 17th and he is pictured with his good friend Jim McGrath celebrating the feat.
