Tai Chi for arthritis

Are you over 50 and would like to improve your general health and well being?

This form of exercise is adapted from the ancient Chinese martial arts.

The activity integrates mind, body and spirit and promotes relaxation. Tai Chi can help you gain greater muscular strength, join mobility and improved balance.

This is suitable for those with arthritis, or those who would simply like the slow, smooth, continuous movements.

The course will run for six Tuesdays, starting on September 25. The cost is €60 for the six sessions.
