LAINEY’S ADDING MORE FLAVOURS TO ITS GRAB-AND-GO BAR RANGE

-

FANS of Wicklow company Lainey’s Handmade Foods will be spoiled for choice as the brand prepares to add two new flavours to its range of graband-go bars.

From September 3, the Kilquade business run by Leonie Ferguson will be adding a Salted Carmel Biscuit Cake Bar and Lemon Drizzle Coconut Slice to the popular range of bars. The Salted Carmel Biscuit Cake Bar combines a classic caramel slice with Lainey’s distinctive chocolate biscuit cake and boosts the flavour further with a sprinkling of Achill Island Sea Salt. The popular lemon cake has been given a tasty twist and a refreshingly zesty topping to become the Lemon Drizzle Coconut Slice.

The new bars will be an addition to the range which already includes a Dark Chocolate Biscuit Cake Bar, a Milk Chocolate Biscuit Cake Bar and a Carrot Cake Flapjack.

Lainey’s Handmade Foods has also given a fresh new look to its Dark Chocolate Biscuit Cake Bites pouch as well as expanding the bites range with a Chocolate Biscuit Cake Collection, featuring a selection of dark, milk and salted caramel biscuit cake. Leonie Ferguson has built Lainey’s Handmade Foods around products that are a celebration of traditional family favourites. While the company’s initial success came from its award-winning dark chocolate biscuit cake, it has since expanded to include the grab-and-go bars that are based on the classic flavours of popular traybakes.

Lainey’s Handmade Foods has recently completed the Musgrave Food Service Acad- my Programme and its full range of bars will launched this week into select Musgrave MarketPlace Cash and

Carrys. From Monday, September 3, they will be available from select SuperValu, Spar, Mace, Londis and independent stores as well as in cafés and coffee shops. e- be
