Imaal Walkers mark 20 years

IMAAL Walkers will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a special dinner in Donard Hall next month.

The club was founded by Anne Carpenter and friends back in 1998.

The dinner will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 23. It will cost €15 to attend which must be paid in full by September 8 to facilitate organising catering. People are urged to pass on notice to any former members.

Guests on the day are also asked to bring along any photographs of the early club walks to share memories with old and new members.
