Christy says thank you

As most will know, Christy Devlin has been in St Vincent’s Hospital these past four weeks and gave us all a bit of a fright after taking ill at his home. Christy spent three weeks in ICU and was on Dialysis but thankfully he was moved last week to a public ward and no longer needs dialysis and is on the road to recovery. After a visit to Christy on Sunday, he has asked ‘The Diary’ to relay his sincere thanks for all the good wishes and cards he has received.

The man affectionately known as ‘The chairman’ would like to wish all his Glencormac United FC Junior Stars the very best of luck as they return to soccer action this week. Great to see you on the road to recovery Christy.
