Two questioned over Bray shooting

GARDAI investigating the fatal shooting of Bobby Messett at Bray Boxing Club on June 5, have arrested two people.

On Thursday, September 6, a man in his early 30s was arrested and brought to Bray Garda Station where he was detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007.

On Saturday, September 8, Gardai arrested a second person in relation to the incident. A woman in her 20s was arrested in the Dublin area and brought to Dundrum Garda Station where she was also detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007.

The investigation into the matter is ongoing.
