YOGA - with Maura starts Monday, October 8, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the clubhouse in Castletown. Six-week session €30 to be paid first night. Mixed group. CHAIR YOGA – with a qualified instructor Sarah Dunlea. Very gentle chair yoga great for anyone who wishes to strengthen their joints and improve overall health.
