Samba drumming

Samba drumming lessons will continue in Charlesland Community Centre in Greystones this week arranged by Music Generation Wicklow.

The sessions are facilitated by the Dublin based MaSamba.

These workshops have been running for the past two years and the senior group had their first performance at the Taste of Wicklow festival this year.

Lessons take place on Friday evenings and are suitable for ages eight and older. The young people will be grouped by age.

Lessons start on Friday, October 12, and booking is essential. The fee for 10 weeks is €30. A fee waiver scheme is available.
