Harvest festival and exhibition in Calary

THE Calary Parish Art Exhibition and Harvest Festival takes place over three days, from October 12 to 14.

Calary Church will be the setting for the exhibition opening and wine reception on Friday at 7.30 p.m. Cllr Shay Cullen will officially open proceedings.

The exhibition then continues on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 noon to 2.30 p.m.

A plant and country produce sale will also take place on Saturday, with all the proceeds raised on the day going toward the Fields of Life child sponsorship.

A Harvest Service will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m., followed by Harvest Tea. All are welcome to attend.

The exhibition and Harvest Festival is sponsored by Wicklow County Council and the Creative Ireland Programme.
