STUDENTS and staff at St Kilian’s Community School recently hosted an open evening to welcome prospective students and their parents to the school, and show them everything they have achieved.
All primary school students and their parents were invited to the school to see the excellent academic and extra-curricular work that they do.
Visitors got a chance to enjoy the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere in the school community.
Pupils and teachers from all of the disciplines put a huge amount of effort into showing their guests what they can expect at St Kilian’s.
Principal John Murphy wel- comed all of the visitors, including principal of neighbouring primary school St Fergal’s.
Some of the highlights included the chance to make zombie masks, and the making of slime in the science lab, and challenging maths problems.
Some of the students were on hand to give the children and their parents tours of the school.
