Village ramps up support for Jack

-

SUPPORT from the Manor Kilbride community stepped up for X Factor contestant and local teenager Jack Tisdall this week as he, along with boy band United Vibe, made it through another week on the television talent show.

The entire village is covered in posters cheering on Jack and encouraging the public to vote for the band.

He, along with his bandmates, have made it through the live show finals and have been described by mentor Robbie Williams as being ‘ leaps and bounds’ ahead of One Direction.

Originally called Vibe 5, the band’s name was changed to United Vibe this week for legal reasons.

All over Manor Kilbride village, including at St Brigid’s NS and Craul’s Shop, posters of support can be seen, leaving visitors and locals in no doubt about who is getting the community’s vote this Sunday.

Jack’s mother Charlotte said that the Tisdall family, including dad Paul and siblings Sean and Roisin, and the wider community are fully behind Jack and very proud of his success so far.

‘We are just so proud of him. We were over with him last week and he was very happy. It’s just so thrilling and the support that a small community can give is so uplifting,’ she said.
