Manfaces motoring charges

A MAN who drove without insurance appeared last week at Bray District Court last Thursday.

The accused also faced charges of not wearing a seatbelt and driving without a licence.

Shane Kelly (32), 29 Cois Cairn, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, was driving at Victoria Avenue in Bray on June 11, 2017.

Garda Nicola Murphy told the court that she stopped the vehicle initially because Kelly was not wearing a seatbelt.

A fixed charge for that was not paid, the court heard.

The matter was adjourned to November 5 for the production of a driving licence.
