An Aughrim man accused of failing to file income tax returns in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and bi-monthly VAT returns on dates in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 had his case adjourned at Arklow District Court last Wednesday.

William Kavanagh of 28 Croghan View, Aughrim, is due to come before the court again on November 14, 2018.
