Chargesover taxreturns

An Arklow man charged with failure to file income tax returns appeared before the local District Court last Wednesday.

Anthony Farrell of 11 Avondale Crescent, Templerainey, was charged with failure to file returns on October 31, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Judge David Kennedy ordered that the returns should be filed within six weeks of the court date. The matter was adjourned to December 12.
