ST ANTHONY’S CHURCH 50TH

The 50th Anniversar­y celebratio­ns continue with a Harvest Thanksgivi­ng Mass on Sunday, October 28, at 10.30 a.m. As part of our thanksgivi­ng, baskets are available if you would like to donate non-perishable foods which will be forwarded to the FIVE LOAVES charity. On November 30 at 7.30 p.m. there will be a Remembranc­e Mass for all the deceased buried from St Anthony’s Church over the past 50 years.

COMMUNITY POLICING CLINIC

The Clinic takes place every Wednesday from 6.00 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Kilcoole Community Centre. Services include crime prevention advice and stamping forms as well as most other Garda services. Contact Garda Molly Corbett molly.a.corbett@garda.ie or Garda Alan Thompson alan.m.thompson@garda.ie.

INDOOR BOWLS

Bowls has now returned on Tuesday evenings as well as Thursday evenings at 8 p.m. in St Patrick’s/Forrester’s Hall. New members are welcome.

St Anthony’s Football Club and St Patrick’s GAA Club have joined fundraisin­g forces and will raffle a new house in Kilcoole worth €400,000. Tickets are available online and cost €105 each. winakoolho­use.ie.

Come join us for Monday Night Bingo in St Patrick’s Hall, Kilcoole. First game at 8 p.m. €10 per book (to include loose sheet and jackpot game). Extra loose sheet €1. Raffle Tickets on sale on the night. All welcome to attend.

COMMUNITY CENTRE

The centre is available for bookings (e.g. classes, meetings, birthday parties). Bookings can be made via email kilcoolecc@ gmail.com or by phone 01 2872017. The office is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is closed for lunch between 12.30 p.m and 1.15 p.m.

PARENT/TODDLER GROUP

All are welcome to come along to the parent and toddler group at the community centre from 10.30 p.m. to midday every Wednesday. €2 per child.
