Bray car club heads off on mystery adventure

- By MARY FOGARTY

BRAY Vintage Car Club set off from Castle Street on a recent Sunday morning, to make their way around the highways and bye-ways of County Wicklow on a myster tour.

They enjoyed refreshments at the Glenmalure Lodge during the day, and were very well looked after there.

Members and friends of the club brought a stunning collection of vehicles along for the event.

Onlookers admired the cars throughout the day as the drivers and passengers took in a scenic route of the county.

Members and guests had a fabulous day of motoring in County Wicklow.

The small voluntary club is based in Bray. Members meet on the second Wednesday of every month, to discuss their events and all other vintage and classic news.

The club also supports local charities with some of their events and shows.

They organise a small number of their own events, and support and attend many other clubs’ events throughout the country.

Members share a love of vintage cars, and enjoy travelling all over Ireland to indulge their hobby.

New members are always welcome. To get involved, contact the club on 086 1650353 or brayvintagecarclub@gmail.
