Down to the business end

A total of 14 teams took part in the preliminary rounds of the first year girls football championship played in Ballinakill last Thursday.

The qualifiers for this Thursdays ‘A’ and ‘B’ first year finals are:

A FINAL: Blessington CC, St Kevin’s Dunlavin 1, Scoil Chonglais Baltinglass and Colaiste Bhride Carnew 1.

B FINAL: Colaiste Bhride 2, Dominican College Wicklow 2, St Kevin’s 2 and Gaelcholaiste na Mara.

Other schools that took part were Glenart College, Avondale CC, Woodbrook College, Colaiste Chill Mhantain and St Mary’s College Arklow.
