Cruthú on the move for exhibition

-

CRUTHÚ West Wicklow Art Group will be bringing their 2018 Christmas exhibition to Blessington town centre.

This is the first time Cruthú has held such a large and extended exhibition outside of their regular studio exhibition in Russborough, and members of the art group are grateful to Kilian McGreal for offering the temporary use of a shop premises to hold the exhibition.

Cruthú West Wicklow Art Group was established in 2006 with a mission to encourage a community of artistic people and to provide a base for people who practice or have an interest in the arts.

The Christmas exhibition and pop-up shop will run from tomorrow (Thursday, November 29) until Sunday, December 9. The exhibition will be located across from Dunnes Stores and will open from noon each day.

There will be plenty of original, locally-produced art, crafts and photography on display, all available to buy. Visitors will be able to find a perfect Christmas gift or simply drop in to enjoy the art and be inspired. Day to day opening arrangements can be confirmed on the website www.cruthu.ie

The exhibition opening will take place tonight ( Wednesday, November 28) at 7.30 p.m.
