KILMACANOGUE lost one its queens on Sunday morning when news came through that Kathleen Bradshaw had slipped away peacefully after a brave battle against a recent illness.

Kathleen will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her devoted husband Eddie, children Melissa, Louise, Edward, Douglas and Rosie, sons-in-law Chris, Colm, Brendan, daughter-in-law Linda, grandchildren Jamie, Amy, Lydia, Natasha, Robyn, Kieran, Reece, Andrew and Conor, sisters Mary and Bridget, nephew Joseph, extended family and her many friends.

Her funeral mass took place on Tuesday (27th) in St Mochonog’s Church attended by a huge crowd to bid a last farewell to a real lady.

Kathleen was not just a wife, mother, granny and sister, she was Kilmacanogue Community true and true and her kindness and sweetness will be remembered by us all. She helped out with our senior citizens, was our church sacristan and supporter of everything run in the village and her passing has left a huge void in the village.

Farewell Kathleen, we will all remember you with love, rest in peace.
