Fabulous festive fair at Bray School Project
BRAY School Project’s annual Christmas fair took place last Sunday, with a special appearance by Santa.
The fair was, as always, a fantastic fun-filled day for the entire school, and the biggest fundraising event of the year. There was plenty to do, see and eat on the day, including the compulsory visit to Santa’s grotto.
There was a huge raffle with lots of prizes, some delicious food, and a large number of stalls offering gifts, treats, toys, crafts, games, face-painting, nail-art, cupcake decorating, hot dogs, candyfloss, smoot his and much more.
The event was a team effort in- volving the entire school community.
Volunteers came forward to help out with everything from setting up tables and baking for the cake stand, to donating craft items, running a stall, providing prizes, and generally helping out behind the scenes.
Past pupils, parents, staff and friends of the school all came forward to ensure that the day was a huge success, and a really enjoyable event for pupils and their parents. The raffle included wine, gift vouchers, hampers, meals and much more.
The fair is essential to keep Bray School Project funded and the organisers are very grateful to everyone who came along to support the school.
