Young whistlers course scheduled for Kilcoole

ALLIANZ Cumann na mBunscol Chill Mhantáin will hold our now annual ‘Young Whistlers’ (Gaelic football) course on Thursday, December 6, from 3.30pm to 5pm in St. Brigid’s Hall, Junior Building, Kilcoole Primary School. Tea/Coffee will be provided for parents/guardians. This course on December 6 will be for schools in the north-east region and will be co-ordinated this year by our Games Development Officers.

As places are limited please let Rúnaí, Claire Frawley, know as soon as possible if your school would like to participate. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Schools are asked to send a fifth class boy and a girl on the day.

Please forward the names of the children involved and their parents names and contact numbers.

Don’t forget to get working on entries for the awards.

There is so much work going on schools in the Garden County, it is just a matter of putting it down on paper; and working on a project is a great way to get the darker evenings in!

Closing date for all entries: Wednesday, January 9.
