’Drum get back on track

RATHDRUM look to have put their nightmarish form in the Women’s AIL QL league behind them after their 19-12 win over visiting Carlow Coyotes side at the Ivy Grounds on Sunday afternoon last.

A run of eight heavy defeats has left the Co. Wicklow side rooted to the bottom but last weekend’s victory gets them off the mark in terms of points. Rathdrum face Old Belvedere J1 at home this weekend and the game is a good chance for them to gain ground on Carlow who must make the long journey to face Tullamore on Fruday night.
