Permission sought for 12 houses

PLANNING permission is sought for the development of 12 age-friendly houses in Donard.

The application was lodged with Wicklow County Council for the proposed project at Donard Demense West, by Ted Flynn.

If approved, the houses would be build adjac- ant to the previously approved 60 bed nursing home. The plan includes provisions for 12 houses, divided into blocks, each with a one bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit.

A decision is expected to be reached by March 3, 2019.
