Aqua aerobics takes place on Mondays at Shoreline from midday to 1 p.m. with bowls on Tuesdays at Kilian House at 10.30 a.m. Bingo also takes place on Tuesdays at Kilian House, at 2.30 p.m.

Keep Fit is on Mondays at Kilian House from 1 p.m. to 1.45 p.m. and art, also at Kilian House, on Mondays at 2.30 p.m.

Plans are in the pipeline for day trips and holidays. Watch this space for further details.

Information and membership renewal can be done at Kilian House Family Centre every Tuesday 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

The next coffee morning takes place at Kilian House on Friday, Feburary 22, at 10.30 a.m.

Podiatrist Gilian Fox will talk about foot care and advise on managing common foot alments.
