Diabetes Ireland

A Diabetes Ireland community based education course starts at Greystones Library on Wednesday, February 13, taking place from 1.45 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The course is for people diagnoses with pre-diabetes and type two diabetes.

There are two-hour sessions on four days, with a small group of people.

The participants will learn to ask questions, find motivation to change, and share tips, experiences and ideas.

A diabetes professional will provide advice, facts, guidance, motivation and support. To book call 01 8428118.
