GARDENING TALK

Join Patrick Hunt in 2020 when he will be presenting a series of monthly environmentally friendly gardening talks entitled ‘food growing in the home garden’’ the talks are suited to those wishing to start a garden or would like to have better success and will cover what vegetables; fruit and flowers to grow each month following the yearly garden cycle while increasing wildlife benefit at the same time. Monthly talks are being held in the hollywood centre on the following dates. Tuesday from 8 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. on January 21, February 18, March 10, April 21, May 19. Cost is €100. PILATES CLASSES

Pilates classes every Tuesday mornings from 9.45 to 10.45 in the Hollywood Centre. Six Week Course – €55 or €10 per class. Please contact Simone Crowley at 087 6165072.

ACORNS PRE-SCHOOL

Acorns Pre-School are in the Hollywood Centre every morning from 9.00 till 12.00 full and part time places are available. Contact Sonia and Jane at 087 4528855 to secure your place.

HOLLYWOOD GAA

Hollywood GAA Club lotto draw results. The number drawn were 14, 18, 21 and 25. There was no winner of the jackpot. The three seller’s prizes went to Lar Kelly 602. The €50 winners were Fiona Flynn 744, Mary Glennon 640, Pat Traynor 223. The next draw for a jackpot of €13,200 will be held in Hollywood Inn on January 15. Following our AGM on Sunday, Paul Wilson remains as chairman, Lucy Mooney remains as secretary, Tommy Tutty is the new treasurer. Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM Good luck to everyone in the club in the coming year.

HOLLYWOOD BINGO

Bingo takes place in the Hollywood Centre every Thursday night at 8.30 p.m. We have two jackpots – €3,600 and €5,000 to play for each week.

DOCTOR‘S CLINIC

The Doctor’s Clinic will be held on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
