Donnelly to get Covid test
HEALTH Minister Stephen Donnelly is to be tested for Covid-19 after becoming unwell on Tuesday afternoon.
Mr Donnelly felt unwell earlier following yesterday’s Cabinet meet in Dublin Castle and is now understood to be seeking a test for the virus following discussions with acting chief medical officer Dr Ronan Glynn.
Mr Donnelly was due to take parliamentary questions in the Dáil on Tuesday evening but will now not be in a position to attend.
A Government spokesperson was not immediately able to provide further details about the Fianna Fáil Minister’s condition.
