Mobile library on road again

-

THE Mobile Library provided by Wicklow County Council Library Services is once again hitting the road.

The Mobile library began resuming its service last Tuesday and will cover 32 areas in the county on a fortnightly basis. The previous 2020 schedule remains unchanged.

A valid library card for any public library in the Republic of Ireland can be used to borrow books, CDs, DVDs and games from the mobile library. If you’re not a member already, save time by signing up online here to get a free library account. Bring the temporary library card number along with photo ID and some proof of your current address to the mobile, or any other Wicklow branch, to get set up.

Members are entitled to log on from a home PC or Smart Device to avail of E-books, downloadable audio books, online newspapers from across the world in 30 languages, online language learning and online business information.

To renew or request items or access online resources from your PC, tablet or mobile phone, phone 087 9135229.
