SHEEP SALE - SEPTEMBER 18: Largest Sale of the season with 4,372 sheep on offer. Trade was similar to last week for all classes with a slight decrease in factory weight lambs by €1/€2. Demand in stores was very strong leading to a full clearance of all stores on offer.

COW SALE - SEPTEMBER 19: Bigger entry of 210 cows and 20 store bulls. Demand was very strong for beef and store cows with prices similar to last week.

DONEGAL MULE SALE - SEPTEMBER 19: 2000 sheep on offer met an exceptional demand with a full clearance and customers from all over the country buying both ring side and on line. Ewe Lambs sold from €90 to €170 which was paid for 1st Prize pen. Hoggetts Ewes sold from €160–€215 which was paid for the 1st prize winners.
