‘The Presbytery’ is a superb investment opportunit­y

A BUILDING with a historic connection to the Kynoch era in Arklow has come on the market with a price tag of €385,000.

Located on the Sea Road, the Presbytery was one of many houses built by the Kynoch company on the north side of Arklow town for workers at the munitions factory. Over 4,000 people employed in the factory during the Kynoch era between 1895 and 1918.
