Gaelic Plant Hire presents €20,000 to the Gavin Glynn Foundation

-

GAELIC PLANT HIRE and Elev8 Platform/Access Hire of Ballinaclough have delivered €20,000 for a local charity by hiring out a SkyJack Boom and donating all the money raised through its rental to the Gavin Glynn Foundation.

The Skyjack Boom was re-christened the Boom Lift as it was painted into the Superman-theme colours of the Gavin Glynn Foundation to help highlight awareness of the charity, which was founded by the family of the late Gavin Glynn (4) who lost his battle with cancer in 2014.

Gavin’s parents John and Jayne now help the families of children with cancer to travel overseas for treatment.

One-hundred per cent of the monies raised through the rental of the Boom Lift went to the Gavin Glynn Foundation, and Managing Director Keith Manning and Head of Operations Nickola Egan were delighted to welcome John Glynn to Gaelic Plant Hire and Elev8 Platform Hire to present him with a cheque for €20,000.
