Courses in magic for Greystones children
GENIE Mackers Magic School is coming to Greystones Studios from Tuesday, October 13.
These unique classes will be taught by Juliette Rahill and Dee O’Shea, Ireland’s only female double act magicians.
With 26 years of experience in performance, acting, teaching, art, and, of course, magic behind them Juliette and Dee have performed on RTÉjr, at the Mansion House in Dublin and for VIP clients such as Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.
Their classes are created to nurture kids’ imaginations, creativity, confidence, social, and performance skills through the art of magic.
The classes are designed for eight to 14 year olds who will learn amazing magic tricks, with a view to performing their magic on stage for parents at the end.
The course is over 10 weeks and the cost is €250. An early bird offer of €195 is available.
Classes are from 2.45 p.m. to 3.30 p.m., or from 3.45 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. and there will be four children per class. Go to whaletheatre.ie to book.
