REMOTE WORKING

Willis Towers Watson’s research of 34 employers with 147,000 staff has found that nine in ten employers are committed to paying remote workers the same as in-office staff, regardless of location in 2021. The survey also found that half of full-time employees officially worked remotely in 2020, and that one third will continue to do so through 2021. Thirty per cent of large employers are not concerned with where work is undertaken.
