ACTIVITY Each year we are reminded of how fortunate we are to practise in the most resilient of sectors. Our primary focus has always been on financial services, and this focus has been the key factor in our success over the last decade. Our largest teams remained busy and grew during the Covid pandemic. While we saw a decline in domestic banking and aviation finance hit a bumpy patch, overall we were really pleased with business over the last year.

REMOTE WORKING Save for short periods when restrictions were relaxed, we have been in full working-from-home mode since March 2020. Communication remains key. In addition to firm-wide events, we continue to have frequent virtual team social events and learning and development calls. We have also been hosting various wellness initiatives, including weekly mindfulness classes. I am particularly proud of the way in which we have managed to maintain momentum on various CSR and diversity and inclusion projects.

The most challenging aspect is simply remaining in contact and staying positive. It is remarkable that service delivery has not
