OUTLOOK Funds, debt capital markets, financial regulatory, taxation and corporate services have all performed really well and seem remarkably resilient regardless of what is happening in the domestic economy. We saw explosive growth in the CLO market at the end of 2020, and Brexit continues to pay some dividends for our regulatory team.

We expect aviation finance to return and we expect a strong pipeline of restructuring and insolvency-related work. Environment, social and corporate governance is a growth area for us and the new Investment Limited Partnership platform has generated some traction for our funds team. We will continue recruiting and retaining the best talent in the market, and maintaining an environment where people can reach their potential while being themselves.
