PRACTICAL ACTIONS TO EMBED INCLUSION
Elevate is Business in the Community Ireland’s new pledge to support businesses to build more inclusive workplaces. The pledge, which must be signed by the CEO, asks companies to commit to profiling their diversity and take action to embed inclusion. Specifically, signatories must take at least one action to improve inclusion within their own workforce and publish this action and the expected outcome. SAMPLE ELEVATE PLEDGES
