All my holidays in the last two years have been local, and I expect that to remain the same for at least until Q2 2022. Hopefully international travel will become less onerous after that, fingers crossed. The pandemic has put things into perspective. It has given me and our employees time to think about what is important and essential to us to survive and strive into the future.
Our business went from a hybrid working company to a remote company in April 2019. This has really worked for us – we are growing at a rate of 33% p.a. – and we will remain remote-first going forward.
As we are mostly dealing with knowledge workers, I think that there will be a continued demand for what we do in 2022. HRLocker makes work life easier for employers and employees, as it allows them to develop a plan around work. We then work with our clients on digitally
enabling the workplace, making things easier, while, at the same time, making significant savings and shifts in employee productivity.
There is a realisation out there that employees will be more active in managing their careers. If employers don’t respond, this will lead to a lot of
movement towards companies that operate and advocate good hybrid/remote working solutions.
We are doing further integrations with Microsoft products that are our clients’ go-to applications. This building on the familiar is proving to be very popular with our clients.
