We have two unique locations for all your meetings and events and your dedicated Event Team will assist with every element on the day.

Meetings and Events at The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse at Luttrellst­own Castle Resort is a stunning 35,000 sq. ft, three-storey alpine-lodge that rises up over the 18th green of our golf course, providing wonderful views of the Wicklow Mountains. It is the perfect location for all your meetings and events, with two spacious meeting rooms that can accommodat­e an intimate meeting for two people or a major event for upwards of 140 people.

When you’ve finished with your meeting and have worked up an appetite, you and your colleagues can refuel in Rugged Lane with its exquisitel­y designed menus, grab a well-deserved drink in the Spike Bar, or choose to enjoy a delicious meal on our newly designed outdoor terrace.

Meetings and Events at The Castle

The stunning 15th century Luttrellst­own Castle is an old-world location filled with the modern technology you need to get the most from your meetings. With four luxurious and memorable meeting rooms available, we can accommodat­e a variety of meetings from two to 180 people.

The Van Stry Ballroom is perfect for a larger boardrooms­tyle meeting of up to 40 people, and up to 180 for a theatre-style conference. The Ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for natural light to flood the room. The Kentian Room is a stunning meeting space which can be used for a medium-sized business meeting for up to 26 people, and as a coffee break-out space or standing reception for up to 100 people.

Filled with historic artwork by leading Irish artists of the 18th Century, the Grisaille Room is a luxurious meeting space located at the front of the castle. It overlooks the magnificen­tly manicured lawns, and this impressive room can be used for an intimate boardroom of up to 16 people or also as a coffee break-out area. Our renowned Library is a relaxed meeting space with views overlookin­g the grounds through incredible floor-to-ceiling windows that span one entire side of the room. This inspiring meeting space can cater for smaller, more casual meetings sitting around the fireplace, or for up to 40 people for a standing reception.

Team Building and Summer BBQs

When you’re finished with your meeting and are looking to unwind, build up your team spirit or just have a bit of fun

after a busy and productive day, we can help you organise a host of great activities including archery, cycling, falconry, air rifle shooting and historical tours. We can also accommodat­e other activities that you wish to organise. And, of course, we can organise a round of golf for your colleagues on our championsh­ip golf course masterfull­y designed by celebrated course architects Donald Steel and Tom MacKenzie and beautifull­y maintained by our excellent grounds team.

The castle and its spectacula­r terrace also provide the perfect backdrop if you are planning a summer BBQ – forget any old outdoor bar terrace, we have the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy a specially designed BBQ menu whilst enjoying great entertainm­ent taking in the views at Luttrellst­own. We also offer compliment­ary high-speed WiFi, pens, pads, mints and mineral water for the tables and on-site car parking.
